ChemResearch is a people-first culture employer that promotes growth and innovation while providing a challenging, exciting, fast-paced work environment with competitive pay and great benefits.  ABOUT THE JOB POSITION We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Janitorial / Cleaning Associate to maintain cleanliness and organization in both our Administrative and Production buildings. This position plays an important role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors. Key Responsibilities * Perform cleaning duties in restrooms, kitchens, offices, hallways, and common areas. * Restock toiletries and cleaning supplies as required. * Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wash floors. * Wipe down surfaces, tables, and equipment. * Clean and maintain glass surfaces, doors, and windows. * Empty trash and recycling bins in all areas. * Dust railings, ledges, and other surfaces. * Replace deodorizers and maintain restroom freshness. * Follow safety guidelines and report maintenance or supply needs to the supervisor. ---------------------------------------- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Must be able to lift, move, and carry objects weighing more than 50 pounds. * Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. * Must be able to use standard cleaning equipment and supplies safely. ---------------------------------------- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required. * Strong attention to detail and time management skills. * Ability to work independently and follow instructions. * Dependable, responsible, and punctual.
