Description Pay $16 Responsibilities The Janitor/Cleaner is responsible for cleaning showroom floor, restrooms, elevator and other areas of the facility to ensure the presentation of HOM Furniture. Ensures cleaning supplies are stored properly and safely. The Janitor/Cleaner monitors building and grounds and reports the need for any major repairs to management. Adheres to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety procedures. Education: One to three months of related experience preferred. Physical Demands: Moderate physical demands required. The employee is required to stand for prolonged periods of time. Light cleaning including wiping down surfaces, dusting, and vacuuming is required. The employee may be required to lift up to 25 pounds. Other: Verbal communication skills needed.
