JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  Day Shift: 6 am to 12 pm

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Dust all flat surfaces in the plant around the interior perimeter, including all slope topped cabinets and electrical boxes on walls
• Clean out interior and behind fridge in lunch room 1x per week
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Operate floor sweeper in plant 1-3x per week
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, and surfaces throughout the facility.
• Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
