Courthouse is always looking for self motivated individuals who have a keen eye for detail and the ability to create order out of chaos. Our Janitorial team is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the club. Some of the cleaning is on the lighter side and can be done throughout the day. This would include things like window washing, mopping hardwood floors and wiping down exercise equipment. Other more involved duties require the work to be done while the club is closed and would include cleaning showers, steam and sauna rooms as well as mopping lobby floors and main walkways. Cleanliness is a huge separator in the fitness industry and Courthouse prides itself on having the cleanest facilities in the Pacific NW for over 40 years! Job requirements and details: Must have attention to detail and a good work ethic Must be willing to drive to and from various locations Must be able to work some nights (11pm-3am) and some weekends Exhibit healthy and energetic lifestyle with self esteem Show drive, ambition and pride in work Team player (work well with others) Ability to lift 50 lbs. Pay range $15-$18 per hour
