Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in our facilities. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows instructions well, and contributes to a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities: * Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces * Empty trash receptacles and replace liners * Clean restrooms, replenish supplies, and disinfect high-touch areas * Dust furniture, fixtures, and vents * Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed * Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals * Perform minor maintenance and report any needed repairs * Ensure a clean and welcoming environment for employees and visitors Qualifications: * Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, but not required * Ability to lift up to [25] lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders to clean surfaces. * Attention to detail and ability to work independently * Strong work ethic and reliability * Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals (preferred but will train) Schedule * Full-time position, 40 hours per week * Shift Hours: Flexible, between 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM Compensation & Benefits * $20 per hour * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Vision insurance
