• Trained in cleaning tasks and use of equipment (training will be provided).
• English language skills: spoken, written, and understanding.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in contract cleaning desirable, but full training will be provided.
• Experience in supervising or supporting a small team is an advantage.

• Carry out site-specific cleaning duties including vacuuming, dusting, surface cleaning, mopping, and bathroom facilities upkeep (toilets, showers, sinks, etc.).
• Complete site paperwork accurately, including sign-in sheets, toilet check sheets, incident reports, timesheets, and stock order forms.
• Ensure cleaning stock, consumables, and equipment are maintained and stored appropriately.
• Report any site issues, maintenance requirements, or Health & Safety concerns to the Area Supervisor.
• Comply with Health & Safety requirements at all times, both on client sites and company premises.
• Carry out corrective actions following internal quality audits.
• Build and maintain a positive working relationship with the client on a daily basis.
• Undertake additional duties as requested by the Area Supervisor or Client.
