About This Role Flex custodians are on-call team members that maintain the cleanliness of our clients’ facilities. Cleaning tasks include, but are not limited to: removing trash, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning and stocking restrooms and performing other various cleaning duties as assigned at the contracted site. You should have a flexible schedule, a valid driver’s license, and a personal vehicle. Multi-Site Janitorial Floater Responsibilities: * Travel to different client sites, as assigned by operational leadership. * Provide excellent service to our clients in the form of comprehensive, detailed cleaning and a friendly demeanor. * Clean floors using various methods and equipment. * Clean and sanitize touch points and surfaces. * Restock and clean restrooms. * Inform supervisor when inventory is low. * Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor. Multi-Site Janitorial Floater Requirements * A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * A flexible schedule and 24-hour availability – you will be on call. * Successfully pass a background check, fingerprinting, and a 10-panel drug screen. * Able to operate mechanical equipment (i.e. vacuums, scrubbers, strippers, etc.) * Able to use reasoning and judgment * Able to apply math skills to various custodial tasks (i.e. how much cleaning solution needed for area being cleaned) * Able to communicate in writing effectively * Able to stand, walk, bend twist, knell at various times through the entire shift * Able to lift and move, up to 40 pounds * Authorized to work in the US – We Use eVerify Ohio Custodial Management is committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity and inclusion.
