Description Kocher + Beck USA, L.P., a manufacturer in Lenexa, KS, is seeking candidates who enjoy a fast-paced, clean, climate controlled production environment. We are looking to hire a detail-oriented person with good multi-tasking skills to maintain the building to specific cleaning specifications. The employee will work closely with the team to prioritize and manage the day-to-day, week-to-week cleaning routine. Position Type + Hours: This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week with occasional flexibility for special monthly or quarterly tasks that may need to be performed on a Saturday or Sunday. This role consists of standing and walking work for the duration of the shift. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, and crouch. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 5 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

The janitor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the building, including restrooms, break areas, and floors. They must also manage cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all tasks are completed according to established standards.
