REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in janitorial or maintenance work.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Good physical condition and strength for handling cleaning tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.Basic knowledge of repair work is a plus.

• Clean and maintain office premises, including restrooms, workspaces, and common areas.
• Ensure timely waste disposal and maintain a hygienic environment.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.

• Report larger maintenance issues to management for prompt resolution.Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe workspace.
