What You’ll Be Doing: Keeping common areas sparkling: lobbies, hallways, lounges, laundry rooms, and more. Turning over units: deep cleaning vacated apartments and preparing them for new residents — making sure every home is move-in ready and welcoming. Ensuring a safe, sanitary space by following cleaning schedules and health guidelines. Lending a hand and a smile — you’ll often be a familiar and friendly face to our residents! Can lift moderate weight and are comfortable being on your feet. Have previous cleaning experience (a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person!). Requirements Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience (preferred but not required). Ability to follow cleaning schedules and instructions with minimal supervision. Must be physically able to perform job duties, including: Lifting up to 50 lbs. Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout the shift. Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training provided).
