Job Description We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Part Time Janitor to join our team in Bakersfield, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a safe and sanitary environment. The Janitor will support Fortis Native Group and will report to the project manager. This position would be 100% onsite. **Please note that the clearance process with the FAA often takes 4-6 weeks. Responsibilities * Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal. * Maintain restrooms and replenish supplies as needed. * Ensure all areas are clean, organized, and presentable. * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. * Follow all company policies and safety procedures. Qualifications * Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required. * Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the facility. * Hardworking, dependable, and detail-oriented. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Work Schedule This is a part time position with flexible hours. Compensation & Benefits * Total Compensation Package: $23.90/hour * Base Pay: $18.81/hour * Health & Welfare Benefit: Additional $5.09/hour (up to 40 hours per week) Extra Benefit: Any unused Health & Welfare funds are paid directly to you in your paycheck..
