POSITION OVERVIEW: Price Family Dealerships is looking for a Janitor. Requirements EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: ? High school diploma or general education degree (GED) ? One to three years of porter experience (preferred) ? Valid Drivers’ License ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Clean and maintain entire lot for new, used and service departments. ? Assist Sales and Service Staff in moving vehicles to ensure efficient dealership operations. ? Ensures cleanliness of all vehicles. ? Responsible for adding and maintaining key tags and window stickers on all lot vehicles. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, WORK ENVIROMENTS, and WORK SCHEDULE: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Safely work with team to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 100 pounds. Stand, walk or sit for long periods of time without resting. Ability to perform routine kneeling, crouching or crawling. Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness of the entire dealership lot and all vehicles. Assist staff by moving vehicles and managing key tags and window stickers to ensure efficient operations.
