In this role you will maintain the cleanliness of public areas, offices, and complete other general cleaning tasks as assigned to keep the building pristine. Job Description Hourly Rate: $17.00 Keep all public areas of the community clean and tidy. Remove loose garbage from the ground and waste baskets. Assist in cleaning apartments when they transition from a former resident to a new resident. Use cleaning chemicals safely and properly as needed. Qualifications No experience required, but previous janitorial/cleaning experience is a bonus. You are somebody who takes pride in keeping a facility spotless and clean. You have good communication skills and can take direction from others. You have knowledge about how to safely and properly use cleaning chemicals.
