We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team and help maintain our facility to the highest standards. What’s in it for you? Responsibilities: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas daily Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners Wash windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces as needed Perform routine maintenance and notify supervisor of major repairs needed Bi-weekly/Monthly deep cleans Sanitize high-touch areas De-ice parking lots and driveways using company truck/equipment (seasonal) Clean out office refrigerators weekly Follow safety procedures and use cleaning supplies/equipment properly Assist with event set-up, furniture moving, or other tasks as assigned Requirements Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment. Willingness to follow safety guidelines and company policies. Must have a valid driver’s license and active auto insurance (required to operate company truck for de-icing).

Responsibilities

The Janitor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas, including restrooms, break rooms, and offices. Duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and performing routine maintenance as needed.
