Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Competitive salary Liquid Lifestyles Swim School Westlake and North Royalton, Ohio Position Overview Liquid Lifestyles is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Janitor to maintain our two swim school locations to a high operational standard. This role follows a structured cleaning schedule that includes daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks. The position supports the overall safety, presentation, and professionalism of our facilities. Typical schedule is 3-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, rotating between our Westlake and North Royalton locations. Daytime hours preferred, with flexibility for after-hour shifts for the right candidate. Occasional weekend shifts may be required. Responsibilities Maintain daily cleanliness and sanitation of bathrooms, lobby, locker areas, offices, and pool deck Trash removal and daily facility upkeep Operate floor scrubber and other cleaning equipment Complete rotating deep-clean tasks on a structured schedule Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and storage areas Requirements High standards for cleanliness and strong attention to detail Ability to work independently Strong reliability and punctuality Reliable transportation and ability to travel to both location Ability to follow a structured checklist system Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and power washers Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies Comfortable working in a warm and humid environment Prior cleaning or custodial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining daily cleanliness and sanitation across bathrooms, lobbies, locker areas, offices, and pool decks following a structured schedule. This includes trash removal, general upkeep, and operating specialized cleaning equipment like floor scrubbers.
