Check out our culture video to learn more about us at: https://youtu.be/8v14pCRDRlA Responsibilities * Supervising, coaching and training Team Members * Develop rapport with the client contact and become the single point of contact * Plan and prepare Team Member work schedules * Implement 4M Operational Playbook * Maintain accurate building/facility records * Promote a safe work environment Qualifications * 3+ years in facility services management or equivalent experience * Ability to manage multiple projects at once * Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing * Strong drive for results * Sense of urgency * Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook * Ability to lead an operations team for a specific client * Ability to analyze issues and create solutions About 4M: Founded in 1978, 4M Building Solutions is a janitorial, housekeeping, cleaning, and disinfecting services company headquartered in St. Louis, MO.
