Job Description Assistant Manager Janitorial Experience Required (transportation and flexibility needed driving to multiple locations) The custodial responsibilities include: directly supervising and coordinating work activities of the team; coaching and training; ensuring efficiency and consistency; assisting in cleaning duties.  Duties of the position include: * Planning and preparing team work schedules * Implementing 4M standards * Resolving client issues * Maintaining accurate records * Promoting and maintain a safe work environment Some supervisory experience is preferred and we will train you on our proven processes.  Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.
