OVERVIEW

Industry leading construction cleaning company with 30+ years is seeking a dedicated and experienced Janitorial/ Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning crews in our Construction Cleaning Division. The ideal candidate will work along side our crews to ensure our services are performed to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

EXPERIENCE

• 3 to 5 years of Janitorial experience with minimum 1 year of Supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must speak and write English. Spanish speaking would be an asset
• Must possess a G CClass drivers licence and clean record
• Basic computer knowledge and skills

• Lead and manage crews of up to 15, provide training and support to ensure effective cleaning practices.
• Perform regular inspections of on-going operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Enforce company’s policy regarding the safe work environment and quality procedure
• Coordinate cleaning schedule and make sure the tasks and project are completed on time
• Resolve site issues and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Monitor job progress and provide regular progress reports to Management
