Benefits: Bonus based on performance Company parties Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement Signing bonus Hiring Now: Part-time-Evenings • 2 positions available one in Pickerington and the other is in Canal Winchester, we wish to keep them together as a bundle. First Position:-Pickerington •Monday through Friday •Flexible cleaning range from 5:30 PM-Midnight •Cleaned for 1 hour per evening •Payrate range is $14.50-$15.00 per hour depending on experience. Second Position: Canal Winchester •Monday, Wednesday, and Friday •Flexible cleaning range Monday and Wednesday 6 PM-Midnight, Friday 6:30 PM-Midnight •Cleaned for 2 hours per evening •Payrate range is $14.50-$15.00 per hour depending on experience If you keep the 2 facilities, complete 90 days with good attendance and quality work, you will receive a $500 sign on bonus upon completion of 90 days. Cleaning Duties Include: •Mopping •Sweeping •Dusting •Vacuuming •Cleaning restrooms and breakrooms •Taking out the trash •Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment •Provided several evenings of training and ongoing coaching as needed. Must possess the ability to work independently. •Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time. Physical Demands: •Be able to wear a backpack vacuum (weighs 8-12 lbs ) for approx. 30-60 minutes. •Be able to lift up to 30 lbs non-repetitively on occasion.
