What You’ll Do: The Janitorial & Facilities Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming workplace. This role focuses primarily on janitorial and cleaning duties, while also supporting basic facilities tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary. Performs daily cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and trash/recycling removal Cleans and restocks restrooms, break rooms, kitchens, and common areas Maintains the cleanliness of offices, conference rooms, hallways, and entryways Refills paper products, soap, and other janitorial supplies as needed Follows established cleaning schedules and safety procedures Delivers packages, supplies, and equipment to Team Members throughout the building Assists with setting up and breaking down conference rooms Performs basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, assembling small items, and minor repairs Reports facility issues, safety concerns, or maintenance needs to the Facilities & Janitorial Lead Supports organization of storage rooms, supply areas, and janitorial closets Performs additional duties as required Requirements What You’ll Bring: Prior experience in janitorial, custodial, facilities, or general maintenance work Self-motivated and proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail and a high sense of urgency and responsibility Reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team A high degree of initiative and self-motivation Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize competing demands Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with team members and colleagues Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information Comfortable with office pets (cats, dogs) Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here represent those that a Team Member must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
