You will be traveling to multiple client sites, ensuring they receive timely and quality service. You need to be flexible, as your assignments may change daily – no two days will be the same! The ideal candidate is seeking a full-time evening position, has a flexible schedule, and has a personal vehicle. Our Ops Technician positions help cover operations in Burlington, South Burlington, and St. Albans. Benefits of Working for JaniTech: * Up to $250 sign-on bonus, paid after 90 days of employment * Pay rate $20 an hour * Paid Training * Weekly pay (every Friday) * Potential for growth and upward mobility within our company Ops Technician Responsibilities and Duties: * Travel to multiple client sites to provide coverage for call-offs, high-volume projects, or new locations. * Sweep, Mop, and Vacuum floors. * Dust, disinfect, and wipe down surfaces. * Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms. * Safelyutilizevarious cleaning chemicals and solutions. * Empty trash bins and replace garbage liners. * Lock up andsetbuilding alarms after completing your service. * Other projects, asassigned by the manager. Ops Technician Requirements and Qualifications: * Previousjanitorial cleaning experience. (Preferred) * Validdriver’slicense and personal vehicle.(Required) * Successfully pass a Background Checkand Motor Vehicle Report. * Working knowledge of various cleaning methods. * Flexibleavailability, able to work weekends as needed. * Excellent organizational skills. * Effective communication skills. * A positive, team-player mentality. * Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify. Ops Technician Physical Requirements: * Move or traverse through assigned work areas. * Frequent reaching and lifting. * Frequent bending,kneelingand squatting. * Ability to handle a variety of cleaning materials/substances. * Lift up to50lbs.
