Description What You’ll Do Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across warehouse, dock, cooler/freezer, and common areas Sweep, mop, and remove debris to meet GMP and food safety standards Clean and restock restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch surfaces Dispose of waste and recyclables properly and on schedule Support pest-prevention efforts through proper sanitation practices Identify and report spills, hazards, or safety concerns promptly Use and store cleaning chemicals safely (PPE provided) Work Environment Warehouse setting with dry, refrigerated, and freezer areas Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift Fast-paced, team-oriented operation focused on quality and compliance Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match (after 1 year of service) Requirements Required Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide valid work authorization documents Prior janitorial, sanitation, or warehouse cleaning experience required (food distribution preferred) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures (ambient, cooler, freezer) Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and cleanliness Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Background and drug test completion Compensation $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
