Hello! I am Bill Houston, one of the owners of Sunshine Building Maintenance. We have been maintaining commercial, industrial, educational, and other locations since 1952. We are expanding and looking for Janitorial Team Leader to join our team and be assigned in Oakville.

In this position, you will be required to complete various cleaning tasks, such as:

• Touchpoint Disinfection
• Dusting
• Sweeping
• Mopping
• Auto scrubber/Zamboni
• Moving furniture
• Cleaning in all areas (washrooms, offices, common areas, lunchrooms, etc.)
• Empty waste containers
• Site security, locking-up, and setting the alarm
• Stripping and waxing (Summer Time)
• Be able to work with minimal supervision
• Work with other staff in the location daily
• Work with the supervisor when needed
• Additional tasks when required
