Receive direct supervision from the Janitorial Crew Supervisor/Assistant Manager or Manager of Janitorial Services. Clean bathrooms, vacuum, mop, buff, strip, wax floors, empty garbage and recyclables, clean tabletops, general building maintenance. Perform work to all contract specifications. Operate buffing equipment. Maintain and replace inventory of supplies and materials. Maintain equipment in operating condition. Requirements Qualifications: High School Diploma. Two years of experience in routine maintenance/custodial duties preferred. Valid Driver’s License. Must maintain a satisfactory driving record. Depending upon assignment, must be able to work in a variety of settings, weather conditions and locations. Distribute and utilize equipment and work materials, which frequently include lifting, carrying, pushing, stooping, Must maintain CPR certification. Work a flexible work schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays. Work independently, utilize good judgment, and possess a strong sense of initiative. Physical Requirements: Distribute and utilize equipment and work materials, which frequently include lifting, carrying, pushing, stooping. Move weights up to 30 lbs. on a constant basis and 50 lbs. on an occasional basis.
