The role contributes to global brand planning in collaboration with Global Medical Affairs, and Market Access (3M), as well as CFUs, and ensuring alignment with overall global brand strategies and objectives. In addition, this position supports the implementation of global initiatives by translating global strategy into executable brand programs, tools, and guidance for regional teams. The Manager supports global launch readiness, lifecycle management, and post‑launch activities, including coordination of cross‑functional inputs and development of global brand, launch, and promotional materials. The role works closely with regional and cross‑functional stakeholders to support consistent execution of global brand positioning, key messages, promotion and disease education initiatives across markets. In addition, the Manager supports monitoring of the global competitive environment in glaucoma and contributes commercial insights to inform brand optimization and portfolio planning. Global Brand Plan Development, Execution & Initiative Implementation Develop and support the execution of global brand plan, including positioning frameworks, key messages for assigned brands in the glaucoma portfolio (Rhopressa, Roclanda, Preserflo and other global glaucoma brands where necessary) Implementation of initiatives for the glaucoma portfolio Global Launch Readiness & Operational Support Support global launch readiness activities for global glaucoma products as a core member of the Global Launch Readiness Team (GLRT). Coordinate cross functional inputs across Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access (3M) to support timely delivery of launch milestones and materials. Support post launch activities, including tracking of implementation progress and identification of optimization opportunities. Global Brand Assets & Program Execution Support the development, review, and rollout of global brand and promotional assets, including sales aids, training materials, disease education tools, and congress materials. Manage assigned projects with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure delivery within agreed timelines and scope. Ensure global materials are fit for purpose and can be effectively adapted by regional and local teams. Cross Functional & Regional Collaboration Work closely with Global Medical Affairs to ensure alignment between medical strategy, scientific content, and brand initiatives. Partner with regional and local marketing teams to support effective implementation of global initiatives while maintaining alignment with global brand guidance. Act as a point of coordination for regional feedback related to global initiatives and materials. Portfolio, Lifecycle & Competitive Monitoring Support lifecycle management activities for the glaucoma portfolio, including messaging evolution, indication expansion, and post launch optimization initiatives. Monitor global competitive activity, market trends, and customer insights in glaucoma and summarize implications for global brand strategy. Contribute commercial insights to portfolio discussions and brand reviews. Governance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement Support internal governance processes by preparing materials, analyses, and updates for brand, launch, and business review meetings. Track implementation progress of global initiatives and support identification of gaps, risks, and improvement actions. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing, including product or brand management roles. Experience in ophthalmology is strongly preferred; prior exposure to glaucoma and/or surgical portfolios is highly desirable. Experience supporting global or regional product launches and lifecycle management activities. Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals including positioning, messaging, segmentation, and promotional planning. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with ability to synthesize market research, competitive intelligence, and performance data into clear insights. Possess initiative and leadership. Able to devise strategy, translate into action plans and provide leadership and project management to execute such plans.
