This role will cover our Enterprise service business. low_5991-2740JAJP.pdf Taking the lead to manage the negotiation and business relationships development with external Service Supplier companies you build effective and profitable agreements transforming broad concepts into structured Strategic Services Suppliers Management Program. You are a key player to contribute to the solution design of local/multi-national and multi-partner projects involving Agilent partnership with Service Supplier companies for complex, high impact client agreements. Furthermore, you will support the program managers to provide consistent and up to date program processes, documentation, trainings, contracts & exhibits in assigned territory for Strategic Service Sourcing. Your key responsibilities: Supplier Management Accountable for managing and maintaining Service Providers and Service Contractors business relationships. Conduct Service Supplier selection and negotiations to assure best Service Level Agreement and financial margin improvements. Lead in negotiating and developing business relationships with Service Providers Analyze suppliers' performance and conduct regular suppliers' evaluation reviews, involving Service Management as required. Work closely with Regional and Country legal/compliance teams, act as local contact to ensure the Service Suppliers working legal/compliance practices are up to date, communicated and in place. Ensure full legal compliance and alignment with Region, Sub Region or Country agreed strategy. Contribute to competitive Supplier tender events at all levels of complexity, work with Service Sales and Project Managers, maintain service providers' services/products/prices data. Management of service suppliers program processes, documentation, data, contracts & exhibits in assigned territory. Business Development (3PP Suppliers) Contribute to develop suppliers sourcing strategy, priorities, plans for the defined Sub-Region or countries. Implement service sourcing strategy to ensure an effective, coherent & consistent service suppliers' program. Support program managers by providing consistent and up-to-date program processes, documents, training, contracts for strategic service sourcing and supplier management in the assigned region. Work towards continuous improvement, digitization, and automation of sourcing related activities through processes, workflows, and tools. Enterprise Customer Support Effectively showcase your performance to the customer on the agreed program, you must maintain strong communication with program managers to ensure a consistent and well-coordinated presentation of the value and quality of your services. Effectively resolve any conflicts arising from sourcing activities in service supply chain to optimize the benefits delivered to the customer. Work closely with Customer Contact Center to assure the Service Suppliers information is available to manage customers' calls. Ensure good co-operation and collaboration with Service Managers. Qualifications We are looking for an engaging individual with a real passion for customer satisfaction and the following: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent. - Typically, at least 8+ years relevant experience for entry to this level. - Experience in procurement / supplier management is plus - Fluency in English and Japanese language - On a personal level, you are a customer focused, solution oriented and business savvy. You also have great communications skills to interact with a lot of stakeholders and are able to multitask to work with different projects concurrently.
