REQUIREMENTS FOR JAPANESE BILINGUAL EXPORT COORDINATOR - 11601:

• 1 - 3 years of export experience
• Japanese and English language skills (Read/Write/Speak/Listen business professional in both).
• Ability to multitask and work within a team environment

• SAP data entry for both SDMM (Sales Distribution & Material Management) module and FI (Finance) module.
• Monitor A/P, A/R, Inventory, M/R (Merchandise Review) report.
• Prepare and submit PPL (Payment Proposal List) and PCC (Parent Company Current account) entry for Trade Division.
• Coordinate export shipments (export related documents handling, booking, inventory, etc.) and assist Sales Activities.
• General customer service such as order taking, revising and adjustment, taking care of complaints, replying to inquires, etc
• Prepare data analysis of general sales and other activities as directed by the Trade Manager.
• Respond to customer complaints and solve problems as necessary
• Other tasks and support activities as assigned
