Location: Jeddah/ Mecca / Taif / Madinah Salary: SAR 2,500 – 4,000 per month (final salary discussed during the interview — can go higher depending on experience) Employment Type: Full-time Nationality: Open to all nationalities (Bengali nationals not eligible) Job Description: Apex Operations is hiring an experienced Chef to develop and prepare Japanese and Korean menu items for our F&B operations in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills in both cuisines and be able to contribute to menu expansion. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook Japanese and Korean dishes to a consistently high standard Assist in developing and introducing new Japanese/Korean menu items Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards Manage kitchen workflow and support daily operations Requirements: Proven experience preparing Japanese and Korean cuisine Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment Must currently reside in Saudi Arabia Must be available in Jeddah/ Mecca / Taif / Madinah for a mandatory 1-day practical skills test
