An International auto parts manufacture is looking for a Japanese-English Bilingula Administrative Assisant in Smyrna TN area. This role involves data entry, filing, invoicing, managing schedules, answering calls, and keeping the office running smoothly.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive person to join the team. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy and exceptional organizational skills, enabling them to manage various office tasks efficiently. Fluency in Japanese including reading and writing is required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate Degree
  • Fluent in Japanese and English including reading and writing
  • Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook 365, and Google Suite applications is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Basic accounting understanding and knowledge is preferred.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems as they arise.
  • While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift 10-25 pounds if needed. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision and hearing.
