A global IT solution provider is currently seeking an experienced Japanese / English IT Project Leader. This role will focus on managing IT infrastructure projects for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and has 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure design and implementation experience. This is a direct hire, full time position comes with a greet benefit package.

Japanese/English Bilingual IT Project Leader Responsibility:

• Design and implement infrastructure system and plan/execute cyber security projects using project management methods.
• Manage multiple projects with various customers simultaneously.
• Identify and troubleshoot project issues and process improvement.
• Create and present plans by managing infrastructure and application security projects.
• Leading team members and ensure that deadlines are followed and address issues/questions as necessary.
• Identify the resources needed for the project and source these materials to ensure that projects are completed within budget.
• Oversee the project improvements and coordinate quality assurance reviews.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Japanese/English Bilingual IT Project Leader Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with IT infrastructure design, implementation for medium to large scale environments.
• Must have knowledge of network security, cloud services, managed services, and IoT/DX solutions.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with project leading and creating proposal
• Strong analytical skills for requirements analysis and troubleshooting.
• Japanese language skill is a big asset but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Client-focused, detail-oriented, and able to demonstrate leadership, as a great team player and self-starter.
