REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent Japanese & English
  • Strong influencing, problem resolution, motivation, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and time metrics
  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills
  • Excellent presentation skills meeting the needs of all levels within the organisation up to and including the executive management team
  • Experience working with XTRF and/or memoQ as well as with any TMS would be highly appreciated
  • Understanding and experience to leverage AI/ML and BOT based solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a Linguistic, Business, or Scientific Field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the translations and localisation industry. At least 3 years of experience in leadership roles
  • Has worked as a professional Linguist during at least 2 years.
