Key Responsibilities

  • Manage lifecycle of IT assets (PCs, servers, smartphones, external storage, etc.).
  • Configure, maintain, and decommission network equipment.
  • Handle IT and cybersecurity issues from support desk requests.
  • Oversee regional IT operations and coordinate with vendors. Regional IT Support

Requirements

  • Experience in IT asset & network management.
  • Familiarity with IT support desk and cybersecurity practices.
  • Strong communication & vendor coordination skills.
  • Fluent in both Japanese and English (business level).
  • Proactive, independent, and responsible.
