Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Languages: English & Japanese (Fluent) Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify new business opportunities in the Japanese market. Engage prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to drive awareness and interest in the company’s SaaS solutions. Schedule qualified discovery calls and demos for Account Executives. Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies. Translate and adapt outreach materials and product messaging into natural, business-level Japanese. Stay up to date on market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings. Fluent in Japanese and strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken). 1+ years of SDR, BDR, or lead generation experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment. Background in Demand Generation industry Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using CRM systems and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
