JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales/Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our sales and marketing efforts, ensuring effective communication and outreach to our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will possess strong linguistic skills, enabling them to assist in various tasks related to translation, interpretation, and content creation. Experience translating technical, business, or creative content is preferred. Knowledge in Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong preferred skill but is not required.

SKILLS

• Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in translation, proofreading, interpretation, or transcription.
• Excellent writing skills with attention to detail.
• Cross-cultural communication skills and awareness.
• Proficiency using translation tools.
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
• Familiarity with industry is a plus.
