Job Title: Java Architect
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Java Architect to design and implement complex software solutions using Java technologies. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Java programming, as well as proven experience in architecting scalable and high-performing applications.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Design and develop secure, efficient, and scalable Java applications.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and architecture.
3. Lead and mentor development teams in best practices and coding standards.
4. Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with coding guidelines.
5. Identify and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and trends.
7. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
8. Ensure the quality and reliability of software solutions through testing and debugging.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Java Architect or similar role.
3. Strong proficiency in Java programming and frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
4. Experience with microservices architecture and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.).
5. Knowledge of design patterns and software architecture principles.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
8. Certification in Java programming is a plus.
