In this role, you’re expected to: Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts, and basic knowledge of other technical areas to identify and define necessary system enhancements, including using script tools and analyzing/interpreting code. Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues, and recommend programming solutions, install, and support customer exposure systems Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications. Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues, as well as conduct testing and debugging Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure: Strong hands on Java Backend Development experience. 4-7 Years of Experience & Familiarity with one or more programming languages, such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or Kotlin. Basic understanding of frontend development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Interest in learning and applying modern software development practices, including Kotlin, React, and TDD. Demonstrated experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and associated frameworks. Deep understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
