PROJECT DESCRIPTION

You’ll be working in the Product and Market Data Front Ends agile team with a diverse portfolio of applications that provide clients as well as internal users with access to comprehensive, real-time product and market data. Our services contribute to UBS Wealth Management, Personal and Corporate banking businesses with a wide range of investment products tailored to clients across various geographies and all segments. We enable digitalization and globalization of our industry leading wealth management business.

SKILLS

Must have
8+ years of working experience
Exceptional experience with Java 8 programming
Azure Cloud
significant experience in creating Restfull APIs using Spring Boot/MVC/Security/Integration, HttpComponents, Jackson
experience in designing, building infrastructure and web services at large scale using either monolithic or micro-service approaches
experience in working on Azure Cloud technologies
strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)
skills required to articulate ideas clearly and execute vision from concept to production
experience in software testing concepts including unit, integration, TDD/BDD, spec by example, end to end and non-functional testing
skill and will to obtain a buy-in from team members and internal stakeholders
good understanding of agile practices methodologies such as Scrum
Nice to have
Banking / Investment Banking domain experience
Practical knowledge of technologies: Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring integration, AppDynamics
Content Management Systems experience
Financial literacy
Good to have Open AI knowledge and DevOps skills.

Develop software components with Microservices-based Architecture. Subject matter expert in Cloud Native, Agile, DevOps and CI/CD to all levels of management and project teams. Develop and delivery of Cloud Native Application Development. Participate and contribute actively in cloud native development and standards. Document requirements, codes and prepare reports in the software development lifecycle.
