We are currently building out solutions that cover various geographies around the globe. We have completed our first region in Europe, and are now moving onto Australia, the US and Asia. This means that there are some great opportunities to be involved in an exciting, high-profile project in which you’ll have the chance to collaborate with colleagues all over the world. Some key responsibilities: * Proactively build your technical skills and support colleagues in designing, building, testing, and deploying changes that deliver value while avoiding technical debt. * Apply standards, policies, and best practices to work effectively both independently and with stakeholders. * Uphold quality by delivering high-standard work and supporting others to produce maintainable, compliant software. * Assist in resolving technical challenges and blockers to minimise delivery impact. * Support continuous improvement and innovation to enhance efficiency and customer experience. * Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences to share ideas, provide updates, influence, and incorporate feedback. You will be working with stakeholders across the wider technology teams and business, so communication will be key. You will have the ability to build effective working relationships with people from both a technical and non-technical background.
