ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus

. Experience in Telecom Domain is an added advantage .

• Minimum of 6 years of experience with the Struts, SOAP Webservice, Java platform.
• 3-4 years of experience with Oracle PLSQL, Shell script.
• Configure and maintain services in Weblogic server.
• Proficient in performing various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and stress testing, ensuring the software meets both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Lead initiatives in automating testing processes, continuously improving testing efficiency and coverage.
• Drive the identification, documentation, tracking, and prompt resolution of bugs, enhancing regression testing promptly.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to thoroughly understand requirements, participate in requirements reviews, and provide valuable feedback.
• Exceptional ability to comprehend and decode complex software and requirements for effective development and testing.
• Demonstrated expertise in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and scenarios.
• Outstanding project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, consistently exceeding quality targets and operational efficiency metrics

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Struts, SOAP Webservice, Java, Oracle PLSQL, Shell script. Develop and maintain services and applications using Weblogic.
• Perform thorough Quality Assurance operations to ensure the highest standards of software quality.
• Conduct unit tests, API tests, and end-to-end tests.
• Lead the development and maintenance of microservices.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of microservices.
• Write and execute unit, functional, and end-to-end tests.
• Apply security fixes and ensure applications are secure.
• Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and other developers.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed applications and services.
• Document testing procedures, results, and any issues encountered.
• Propose innovative solutions and improvements to existing systems and processes.
• Present development progress and testing results to management and other teams.
