You’ll work on system architecture, automation, and observability efforts, helping to keep services running smoothly while taking ownership of key technical tasks when needed.

• What you’ll be doing:Designing and implementing features end to end using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices patterns
• Improving system reliability, scalability, performance, and efficiency
• Monitoring production systems, resolving issues, and helping prevent recurrence
• Contributing to architectural discussions for distributed, highly available systems
• Supporting performance optimisation and capacity planning
• Working closely with other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions

• What we’re looking for:Degree in Computer Science or similar, or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5+ years’ software development experience with solid Java expertise
• Strong understanding of microservices, data structures, and concurrency programming
• Experience with distributed messaging, RPC frameworks, and containerised environments
• Familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, Maven, Jenkins CI/CD, Jira, and Confluence
• Clean, maintainable coding style and a structured problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working in a Linux environment
