For our insurance partner , we're looking for a Java Developer to join the team responsible for developing and maintaining an internal business system . We're looking for someone with experience in Java/JEE technologies who wants to have a real impact on the development of solutions supporting key business processes and work in an Agile and DevOps environment.

Your tasks:

• Development and co-creation of the functionality of the internal business system.
• Participation in the development of technical concepts that meet business needs.
• Designing solutions implemented by the team and implementing agreed functionalities.
• Ensuring high quality of the software created and compliance with applicable standards.
• Support for acceptance testing and the implementation process of new solutions.
• Participation in planning subsequent releases and iterations as part of the Scrum team's work.
• Active participation in and leading team meetings, including reviews and retrospectives.
• Creating and updating technical documentation of IT systems.
• Support in stabilizing and maintaining implemented solutions.
• Collaboration with other team members in the spirit of Agile and DevOps.

Our expectations:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Java/JEE Developer.
• Very good knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming principles.
• Practical knowledge of Spring and Hibernate frameworks .
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL, especially Oracle or PostgreSQL .
• Knowledge of Git and good source code management practices.
• Experience using build automation tools such as Gradle or Maven .
• Knowledge of issues related to multithreaded programming.
• Willingness to work in a Scrum team and openness to learning and using new technologies.
• An approach to software development consistent with the DevOps idea .

Welcome:

• Knowledge of Design Patterns.
• Practical knowledge of TDD and BDD approaches .
• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ .
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and Helm .
• Experience in programming in Gosu .
• Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, RxJS and HTML5 .
