PROJECT INFORMATION:Processing prescriptions: Connexus allows pharmacists and technicians to input, track, and manage prescription orders.Patient information management: It stores and retrieves patient information, including prescription history, insurance details, and medication profiles.Inventory management: The system helps keep track of medication stock levels and reorder points.Billing and insurance: Connexus handles billing processes and insurance claims, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.Communication : It facilitates communication between the pharmacy and healthcare providers for prescription verifications and prior authorizationsBelow is some context for each group of positions. The positive for us is that the roles are extremely similar skillset and we have already received customer approval that they will both review the same candidate pool as well as conduct joint interviews (schedules allowing) to streamline this process as best we can. Negative is we are competing on this business so our quality, timeliness, and efficiency are key! Because both bodies of work are tied to the same SOW in office expectations (onsite Bentonville), and organization will all be the same. However, the projects are not.
