JAVA DEVELOPER - PART-TIME:

On behalf of our Healthcare client, Procom is searching for a Java Developer for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

JAVA DEVELOPER - PART-TIME- JOB DESCRIPTION:

Seeking a Developer with Java experience. This role involves contributing to the design, development, support, and maintenance of internal and external web applications written in Java and using supporting technologies such as EntraID and PowerBI to provide extra functionality.

JAVA DEVELOPER - PART-TIME- MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Java development experience.
• Standalone MySQL or Azure Database for MySQL (or other relational databases) experience.
• Full-stack development experience.
• Familiarity with Apache Tomcat and Linux.

JAVA DEVELOPER - PART-TIME– NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Working knowledge of PowerBI.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including EntraID.
• Frontend development skills (HTML, CSS, Javascript).
• PHP development experience.
• Experience working in healthcare environments.

• Contribute to the design and development of web applications.
• Provide support and maintenance for existing applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors.
• Work with healthcare data standards, web forms, API integrations, and batch data uploads.
