OB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Engineer to join our L2 support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java debugging, production support, and monitoring tools, with a proven track record of resolving complex L2 tickets in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Java development/support roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java 1.7/1.8, J2EE, Servlets, and JSP.
  • Proficient in SQL/PL-SQL and database troubleshooting (Oracle, MySQL).
  • Experience with log analysis tools (e.g., Splunk, ELK).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a global team environment.

    Pay: $55.00-$60.00 per hour

Responsibilities
