The Integrated Bank Management team is responsible for the development, deployment, and maintenance of a software solution for bank management, controlling, and risk management. The challenges of the ever-changing world of banking supervision are as diverse and exciting as the financial world itself. A particular focus is on the development and enhancement of the existing application landscape based on the new "Integrated Data Management System (IDM)."

Note: The team is based exclusively in Frankfurt.

Tasks:

• Conception, implementation and optimization of the application "Complete Bank Simulation (GBS)" based on Java and Javascript in a decentralized environment using modern frameworks (including React, Spring, Angular)
• Ensuring system and product quality throughout all project phases, from requirements definition, analysis, and design to implementation, testing, documentation, and launch of the application at our customers' sites.
• Design and implementation of complex database models
• Application of agile software development methods to shorten development cycles and ensure software quality
• Close cooperation with our customers and with the specialists of our partners within the Sparkassen Finanz Organisation.

Profile:

• Successfully completed subject-related studies or comparable training
• At least two to three years of relevant professional experience 
• Advanced knowledge of Java, React, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and ideally, but not necessarily, knowledge of container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud computing.
• Experience with frameworks, databases, servers, development tools and design patterns
• Expertise in agile software development methods and an understanding of IT security, as well as responsible use of AI tools.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Enthusiasm for working on future-oriented topics in a dynamic environment, as well as interest in new technologies/approaches and continuous professional development.
