JOB DESCRIPTION / JUSTIFICATION:

We are seeking a Senior Associate – Core Java Engineer with hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and strong Core Java development skills. The ideal candidate will work on building scalable and high-performance applications integrated with AEM and other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust and scalable solutions using Core Java (Java 8+).
  • Build and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and services using Java, Sling APIs, and OSGi.
  • Develop and maintain Sling Models, custom servlets, and RESTful APIs for headless AEM implementations.
  • Work with JCR/CRXDE Lite for content management and repository tasks.
  • Integrate AEM with external systems via REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Conduct unit testing using JUnit and Mockito, and debug complex Java/AEM code.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless CI/CD using Maven, Git, Jenkins.
  • Optimize Java services and AEM applications for performance and scalability.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of experience in Core Java development.
  • Strong command over multithreading, collections, and OOP principles.
  • Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development.
  • Expertise in OSGi bundle creation and service management using Apache Felix.
  • Experience with API integration, content modeling, and custom backend services.
  • Familiarity with Maven, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
