Description


  • Develop and deliver large-scale payment solutions using Java, Spring Boot and microservices
  • Work hands-on with the ICON IPF Payments framework
  • Build and integrate cloud-based payment architectures within AWS
  • Design and develop asynchronous, event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka
  • Apply strong knowledge of ISO 20022 payments, including payment types and schemes
  • Work closely with major banking clients to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Contribute to modernisation and transformation of large-scale payment platforms


  • Required Skills & ExperienceExtensive hands-on experience with Java 11
  • Strong experience with Spring Boot and microservices architectures
  • Strong hands-on experience within AWS
  • Solid experience with Apache Kafka and asynchronous messaging
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 20022 payments, including payment types and schemes
  • Hands-on experience implementing ICON IPF
  • Proven experience working with major banking clients
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
