Who we are looking for: You have at least 1-2 years of experience working with Java. You’re familiar with unit testing and writing testable, maintainable code. You're fluent in English and working in a multicultural team. You take initiative, write clean and efficient code, and care about code quality and best practices. You take ownership of your work. You're eager to grow as a back-end developer and enjoy solving challenges proactively. As a Back-End Java Engineer, you will: Design, develop, and maintain a performance back-office tracking tool Contribute not only by coding but also by thinking like an engineer - analyzing, refining, and improving solutions. Collaborate with a highly experienced, world-class team in an agile environment. Share ideas and implement solutions together with your team and clients. Work closely with the client in daily interactions, building strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
