MUST HAVES

• +3 years of experience working as a Developer;
• Proficiency in Java;
• Proficiency in Springboot, Micronaut or similar inversion-of-control + dependency injection frameworks;
• Experience with microservices;
• Experience with Unit Testing;
• Ability to take direction from Senior engineers and work in conjunction with other engineers to accomplish objectives;
• Ability to independently design smaller software features;
• Comfortable working with a fully remote team;
• Upper-intermediate English level.

• Be hands-on in architecting and implementing backend solutions from a given set of requirements as an individual contributor;
• Create technical work plans and execute on those plans to accomplish backend objectives;
• Assist in maintaining existing backend applications;
• Contribute to Wordly’s engineering processes and culture to maintain a cooperative and supportive environment for all;
