Beyond services, we are also a leading marketplace vendor, developing add-ons for both Atlassian and Azure DevOps environments—empowering teams to extend and enhance their development workflows. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Java developer to join our newly formed AI Innovation Team in Petach Tikvah. This is a hybrid, full-time position. In this role, you will: Integrate AI-driven features into our leading marketplace products. Build and deliver Atlassian add-ons (for both Data Center and Cloud). Provide professional development services (apps, automations, scripts) to customers in Israel and abroad. Collaborate with international teams to shape the future of AI-enhanced solutions in the Atlassian ecosystem. Job Requirements (Must-Have) Minimum 3 years of development experience in Java and JavaScript/TypeScript + React AI development experience using tools such as Azure OpenAI and MCP Servers. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. High-level English communication skills (spoken and written). Team player with customer-facing and debugging experience (including presales support). Nice-to-Have / Advantages Familiarity with other ALM platforms (IBM Jazz, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, Jama, Polarion). Ability to build Atlassian add-ons from scratch (both DC and Cloud). Previous conference lecturing and blog post experience.
